Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes when you can request a refund and the process.
REFUND POLICY:
You can get a 30-day refund for no reason.
To initiate a refund within 30 days after ordering any service, you can make a request in an email sent to us at AntonioCoachingServices@gmail.com and make sure to supply us with the receipt of payment that you received from our payment gateway.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
As quickly as possible after your refund request is received, you will receive a notification through email in regards to whether or not it was approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the team at Stripe will relay it to you through a credit that will be applied to the payment method you used to order, within a certain number of days.
You will receive a full refund on the Services you ordered if you have yet to use any of the Services. If you did use some of the Services, then you will receive a partial refund on the remainder of the Services that you didn’t use.
If you’re not approved, we do allow you to transfer any of the Services that you didn’t use to someone else.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the account you used to make the payment, then contact the related company as there is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
