I am excited you have join me here today and would like to take this moment to share a bit about my personal entrepreneurial journey, how these life-changing experiences have shaped my view on coaching, and why I now use such a unique approach to coaching itself, which I call CoachSulting.
So what is CoachSulting? Simply put, it combines the supportive guidance and reflective questioning of coaching with the practical implementation and strategic expertise of consulting, tailored specifically for individual solopreneurs. Wow, that was a mouthful, wasn’t it!
Basically, it all boils down to this: By taking the personal approach of coaching and combining the practical aspects of consulting together in order to give you the best of both worlds in one highly effective coaching package giving you the opportunity to benefit from the best of both practices.
How did I arrive at this unique approach of CoachSulting?
Well, early on in my entrepreneurial journey, I had the privilege of witnessing the profound impact of a consistent, nurturing environment on young minds when I started one of my first businesses, a small preschool and afterschool program. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for my commitment to fostering **Consistency, Confidence, and Clarity** – principles at the heart of my signature coaching philosophy.
Later in my journey, I foundied my next business, Resume International. Here, I gained firsthand insights into the challenges professionals face in crafting a compelling personal brand. It was during this time that I realized the importance of instilling confidence and clarity in individuals as they navigate their career paths. My coaching journey truly began as I sought to empower professionals with the tools to articulate their unique value with confidence and poise.
My continued work in the job assistance sector assisting those who needed refinement in their resumes, interview skills, and interpersonal skills further deepened my understanding of the transformative effects of consistent guidance. I was witnessing first hand how individuals re-entering the workforce with renewed vigor underscored the profound impact of coaching and the need in bolstering confidence and clarity during times of transition.
Interactions with business professionals during this period instilled a growing need for me to refine and improve my coaching and consulting methods, drawing from their experiences and challenges to develop a comprehensive system that fosters growth, resilience, and a steadfast belief in one's potential.
Throughout a significant portion of my journey, I also created an online teaching company called TCEC (Teacher Coles English Corner), providing yet another platform for me to hone my coaching skills and empower individuals to excel in the English language. Interacting with students, parents, and educators reinforced the significance of consistency, confidence, andclarity in communication – principles that form the bedrock of my signature CoachSulting philosophy.
And hence the CoachSulting methodology was born...
